Well, as many of you know – we made it back to Wisconsin for Christmas!!! We weren’t going to and needless to say the ride there was awful – took 26 hours straight and Rob drove that morning for work and the entire way! I wish I could of helped, but the roads were so bad. It was wonderful to see everyone and the kids enjoyed it very much! Santa even found them there. Our time there was very short, but I’m glad we made the trip. I will post some pictures soon! It was also fun surprising many as well!

On another note, I’m having surgery tomorrow to get my gall bladder removed. ugh. I’ve been having problems the past year and finally decided to go to the ER this week while it was happening – hoping to figure out what is going on with me and they did an ultrasound and found out that I have many gall stones. It is hereditary and my mom had this too and hers removed as well. So, I’m nervous about tomorrow, but it is an out patient surgery and I’ll be home in the evening and have the weekend and Monday to rest for the most part. What a way to start a New Year, hey? At any rate, as much as I wanted to cancel it, I’d like to be pain free this year.

I’ll be changing this blog design soon too obviously. ha. I got a digital photo frame for Christmas too so I have all the pics from WI on there – it is soo nice!
