So, I turned 37 on July 19th and can hardly believe I’m that OLD! We went to Grand Junction on that Saturday and went shopping a bit. I got 2 shirts from Maurice’s since I had $10 in free stuff coming to me and they had a sale, though it is still bothering me that I spent $35 or so on 2 shirts – I’m a cheapo when it comes to shirts and clothes for myself much of the time – I’m used to finding the clearance rack and will never usually spend more than $5 ! ha. But, it’s been a week now and I’m going to take the tag off of the other shirt and wear it. I kept it on in case I’d change my mind. ha. I got a few Old Navy gift cards, but didn’t get anything YET. I couldn’t decide and I tried hard not to look at the kids section to use the gift cards to treat myself, which is the intention, it is my gift afterall! I will be back there, have a feeling I may find something for fall instead. Then we went to the Drive In that night and saw Transformers and StarTrek. Both were very good movies! Our drive in is nice and kinda neat how they give change back in $2 bills! I just want to save them and not spend them! We rented Transformers a few days later and I actually think I do like the first one better! Other than that Tif picked out a salt shaker or crusher I wanted to match my crushed pepper one and a water bottle – she knew I liked hers so she had to get me the exact same one and color! Rob couldn’t talk her out of it, so that is funny! Anyway, here’s a few photos, mainly of the kids eating cake we bought with icecream and yeah, my shirt that I finally will take tag off – it’s a really bad picture and need my hair cut and colored again, need a tank top underneath shirt and I’m in better shape then this picture looks! oh well. Here it goes anyway, just another day…
